Return & Refund Policy

This agreement is provided to the ORIGINAL PURCHASER ONLY, IS NOT TRANSFERABLE, and does not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, or accident. THERE ARE NO AGREEMENT WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OTHER THAN THOSE SPECIFIED IN THIS AGREEMENT. LINDER’S SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PAYMENT OF DAMAGES FOR INCIDENTAL OR CON­SEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM INJURY, TOWING, LOSS OF TIME, RENTAL VEHICLES, PROFITS, OR INCOME TO THE CUSTOMER AS A RESULT OF A FAILURE OF ANY COMPONENT OR PART.

TOWING - All towing charges are the responsibility of the customer.

NO OTHER AGREEMENT - There are no other agreements between the parties with components purchased except as stated in this document.

Several different warranty coverages exist. Please consult the front of your invoice to see which warranty your part is covered under. In the event no specific warranty is stated on the front of your invoice, your purchase is covered by the Standard Warranty.

STANDARD WARRANTY: This parts only warranty will protect the original purchaser for a period of 6 months from the invoice date for replacement of a failed part. This warranty DOES NOT include any payment of labor charges associated with replacing a failed part.

30, 60, or 90 DAY WARRANTY: This parts only warranty will protect the original purchaser for a period of 30, 60, or 90 days from the invoice date for replacement of a failed part. This warranty DOES NOT include any payment of labor charges associated with replacing a failed part. The front of the invoice will list the length of the warranty.

NO WARRANTY/CORE: If so marked on the front of the invoice, there is no warranty on the component(s) and they are nonreturnable, nonrefundable. and nonexchangeable.

6 MONTH AND 1 YEAR PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY: This warranty (available at additional cost and not available on all products) will protect the original purchaser from the date of purchase for the period specified on the front of the invoice. The front of the invoice MUST specifically state a 6 month or I year parts and labor warranty. In the event of an approved claim under this warranty coverage, Linder’s will pay for labor at $50.00 per hour for the removal and replacement of such component(s) or component part(s) at a State Licensed Repair facility per the published time schedule for such repair not to exceed the purchase price paid by the customer to Linder’s. All repairs must be approved in writing by Linder's BEFORE the repair work is initiated. Failure to receive prior written approval will void any labor coverage and payments.

COVERAGE AND LIMITATIONS

ENGINE: Coverage includes the engine long block assembly, including all internal lubricated parts, i.e. rings, pistons, crankshaft, main bearings, connecting rods and pins, camshafts and bearings, timing chain gears, rockers arms, valve springs, guides, and seats, push rods, lifters, and oil pump. Additionally, the engine head(s), block and cylinders will be covered if they are damaged solely as a result of mechanical failure of one or more of the internal lubricated components specified above. The vehicle cooling system must be flushed, and in good working order including cooling fans. Accessory items, including but not limited to electrical components of all types (timing belt, distributor, alternator, all sensors, and electrical control devices), fuel systems (including carburetors, fuel injection system(s), fuel pump), water pump, thermostat, freeze plugs, manifolds, oil pan and valve covers, pollution controls, gaskets, filters, mounts, linkages and fluids are not covered by this agreement.

TRANSMISSION: Coverage includes all internal lubricated parts contained within the transmission case. The transmission housing itself will be covered if damaged solely as a result of mechanical failure of one or more of the internal lubricated parts contained within the transmission case. Prior to installation, the complete transmission cooling system must be flushed including oil cooler(s) and lines, and a new filter must be installed. Accessory items, including but not limited to modulators, governors, electrical controls, linkage, mounts, seals, gaskets, or fluids arc not covered by this agreement.

TRANSFER CASES: Coverage includes all internal lubricated parts contained within the transfer case. The transfer case housing will be covered if damaged solely asa result of the mechanical failure of one or more of the internally lubricated parts contained within the transfer case housing. Transfer cases must be flushed including all lines, coolers, and all filters and fluids need to be replaced. Accessory items, including but not limited to, U joints, driveshafts, electrical components, linkage, seals, gaskets, mounts or fluids are not covered by this agreement.

DIFFERENTIAL: Coverage includes all internal lubricated parts contained within the drive axle housing case and the drive axle housing itself if damaged solely as a result of the mechanical failure of one or more of the internal lubricated contained within the housing. Accessory items, including but not limited to, backing plates, all brake system components, cables, controls, linkages, vents, pumps, U joints, electrical controls, mounts, seals, gaskets or fluids are not covered by this agreement.

Subject to the limitations stated in this agreement, Linder's (at its election) agrees to reimburse the customer, or repair or replace a covered component if the covered component fails as a result of failure of one or more of the internal lubricated parts within the component during the stated warranty period from the date of purchase, while the component is being used under the conditions and manner specified by its original manufacturer.

REPLACED COMPONENTS: In the event components are replaced under this warranty agreement, they will be replaced by used components or parts of like kind and quality unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Linder’s.

REPAIRED COMPONENTS: In the event components are repaired under this warranty agreement, they will be repaired or rebuilt with used components or parts of like kind and quality unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Linder's.

REIMBURSEMENT FOR PARTS: Linder’s may elect to reimburse the customer for the purchased component(s) or component parts at an amount equal to the purchase price for the component(s) or components parts covered under this Agreement which was paid to Linder's by the customer.

LIMITATIONS ON WARRANTY PAYMENTS: The maximum to be paid by Linder’s for the repair, replacement, or refurbishment of the component(s) purchased by customer shall not exceed the original price paid by the customer.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Linder’s reserves the right to inspect the component(s) or part(s) covered under this Agreement PRIOR to any repair, replacement of, or reimbursement for such component(s) is authorized. Linder’s also reserves the right to refuse coverage for any parts replacement, repair, reimbursement, or labor charges not agreed to prior to said charges.

30 DAY RETURN POLICY: A part returned undamaged and in its original condition within 30 days of the purchase date may be credited at management discretion. Said returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.

THIS AGREEMENT AND LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE NULL AND VOID IF:

1. LINDER’S IS NOT PROVIDED A REASONABLE OPPORTUNITY FOR INSPECTION OF A COVERED COMPONENT PRIORTO REMOVAL, REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT.
2. THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT USE NEW OIL SEALS, FILTER(S), AND PARTS PRIOR TO THE OPERATION OF THE PURCHASED COMPONENT(S).
3. THE COMPONENTS ARE NOT INSTALLED BY A STATE LICENSED REPAIR FACILITY WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE DATE OF PURCHASE.
4. DAMAGE TO A PURCHASED COMPONENT IS CAUSED BY A NONCOVERED COMPONENT(S) OR PART(S) OR ANY COMPONENT(S) OR PART (S) NOT PURCHASED FROM LINDER’S.
5. THE CUSTOMER FAILS TO FOLLOW THE MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS PROVIDED BY THE MANUFACTURER AND/OR FAILS TO PROVIDE PROPER SERVICE DOCUMENTS.
6. WARRA NTY IS VOID IF HEAT TABS ARE MELTED.

We offer refund/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. Returned orders shall be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in the original packaging.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exempt Goods

The following are exempt from refunds:

• Body cuts.

All other return requests due to damage or defect fall under a warranty claim. Please refer to our Warranty Coverage Limitations policy for more information.
